INTRODUCTION

Currently holding the fort in Maya bar and InTouch Beach Bar, 2 of the major party venues in Koh Tao, Ton has come a long way indeed.

In 1998, while undergoing his Computer Business degree in Dhurakijpundit University, Ton began his DJ career by championing Hard trance. After which, being influenced by his brother, DJ Khan who was then the resident DJ of now defunct Santa Fe in Koh Samui, Ton moved to hedonist island to improve on his DJ-ing skills and network. Then in 1999, together with Khan, Ton decides to open Volume Cafe a small bar that caters to EDM lovers who are visiting or living on the island. It was here where Ton met and create good rapport with international acts, such as: TR Junior, Steve Jones and Kevin Robinson (head honcho of Positiva Records).

DJ Ton @ Work Apart from Volume Cafe, Ton has been deeply involved in Koh Samui's EDM scene, spinning at such clubs such as; Green Mango, The Club, Lazy Wave and as well as at private and underground parties. Regionally, apart from his bi-monthly residency at Tommy's Bar in Koh Phangan for its Full & Half Moon parties, Ton was also been invited to grace the decks of Narcisus, an avantgarde club in Bangkok. Then in November 11, 2001, Ton was invited to headline, Freedom Beach Party in Sentosa Island, Singapore.

Championing Funky and Tribal of the House spectrum, his skills as a DJ and Producer has earned him props and respect by his peers. His love of music is reflected in his audience and enjoys seeing a full dance floor, knowing that he has succeeded as a DJ.
